Fitness Motivation: Consequences of Not Working Out | BuzzChomp

It’s our Fitness Motivation and sometimes you have to acknowledge the consequences of not working out! Part of our Buzzchomp Monday Motivation video series.

 

For a long time I didn’t own my reasons for not working out. I’d decide that I would skip a day and then I’d be myself up over it which was so silly. I needed to own my consequences of not working out and once I did this I found true fitness motivation.

Every one needs a rest day and that is perfectly fine. I find that all of us go through periods in our lives when we need more rest than other periods. That is fine and as long as you own it then you’ll consistently workout.

Owning your consequences of not working out just means that you’re being honest with yourself. Once I embraced this I truly became my own fitness motivation. That’s really why I love sharing these videos with all of you because once you can always be honesty you will always stick to your fitness regimen.
