Your fitness journey is all about you. I’ve said this time and time again whether it’s here for some fitness motivation or if it’s for my Fit Mom videos. That’s really what will help you with your push for a consistent fitness regimen.
I remind myself daily that I’m doing this for me. I’m doing this so I can run after my baby, that I can feel youthful as I age, and so I can stay fit. I’m happier when I’m fit and that is because I feel so good! There is nothing wrong with doing something for yourself especially something that will make you happy and healthy!
The best project is you because in the end the only one who can make you happy is you! It’s the best Fitness Motivation to repeat yourself daily.
