It’s a new year and that means new fitness goals! Here are 7 exercises to try in 2017. Some you’ve been putting off, others you’ve never heard of. All 7 are bad ass and great for circuits. Get at it!
Making your own circuit is simple with these new exercises. Do each for either twenty reps or 30-60 seconds at a time. Go through all seven exercises three times and you’ll feel that burn. Or do one exercise a day for seven days. Remember that fitness goals are either accomplished or they aren’t. How you get them done is up to you!
