I love yoga and personally prefer Power and Vinyasa flow. But all yoga is great for every single one of us. There are many reasons I love to practice, but first on the list is releasing muscle tension.
We all carry a lot of tension around, in our muscles, joints, and ligaments. Yoga releases it all, ultimately relieving us of unwanted and unnecessary stress. Score!
