Time for our Fit Mom no weights arms circuit. It’s another original workout from our BuzzChomp Fitness video series.
Our Fit Mom no weight arms circuit anchors on push-ups. That is what separates this circuit, but you are only doing 5 push-ups. You will definitely feel these 5 push-ups especially as you do multiple rounds of this circuit, but I still recommend doing those push-ups very slow.
A lot of times we think we need to do weights to get toned arms. I love weights and think everyone should strength train, but if you don’t have access to them this is a great way to get toned arms in! It’s great for when you’re on vacation or if you can’t get to the gym because you have babies in the house.
Trust me when I say you will sweat with this no weight arms circuit! I demo’d one round for you all and I was drenched and that is the mark a truly great at home circuit. None of these exercises are difficult, but its the reps as well as the build up of all of the exercises. A few of these exercises are not as widely used like inch worms. You start in a forward fold and you crawl out. That is it and it is great. You have to do it slow though.
