It’s week 6 of our Fit Mom Fitness Challenge. Legs are back! WOO! It’s part of our BuzzChomp vlog series.
That’s right this is our second week of legs. If you haven’t noticed this challenge did a waterfall. We worked our way up from abs, arms, shoulders, legs, full body, and now we’re back on legs.
I still think so many of us ignore our legs. It seems daunting and lets not forget that legs workouts can be intense! This second legs week is similar to the first but gives you another variation of a legs workout you can do at home.
If you haven’t caught on by now each week gives you a circuit that you do a minimum of two rounds. That is the goal of our Fit Mom fitness challenge to show you all just how easy it is to workout any where. You don’t need a gym membership to be fit.
I know as a busy Fit Mom there will be days that I might not want to workout but I know I have no excuse because our Fit Mom fitness challenge taught us that kids! I will embrace that after this fitness challenge but especially while we’re still on this journey!
