It’s time for our fit mom vlog. It’s an abs workout with your baby!
I’ve been dying to truly workout with my baby. Working out is one of my favorite things to do. My husband and I workout together all the time. We love doing at home circuits. We have so many on our youtube channel.
Our baby is 11 weeks old now. She’s able to sit still now and she’s awake more. She’s much more interactive. I loved doing this ab workout with her. She had so much fun. She was smiling while we did it together. This is a great way to do get a workout in when your baby is awake!
It’s only four ab exercises: crunches, reverse crunches, forearm plank, and torso twists. You should definitely do two rounds but I’d say do three. Start out with 20 seconds of forearm plank and as you get stronger up your time.
There are so many more exercises that you can do with your baby. We have a arm workout as well as a legs workout.
