15 Day Burpee challenge completed! This bad boy was intense but oh so amazing!

My mindset completely shifted from the beginning of this challenge to the end. Originally I thought I would see a big difference in my physique and while yes I feel my abs are firmer that did not end up being my main focus.

My main focus of this 15 day Burpee challenge was just how strong it made me feel. I embraced that shift in my mindset and it made me able to do these 30 burpees straight! I realized that it was no easier than breaking them up into three or two sets.

Changing my mindset definitely made me enjoy doing these new-school burpee’s. Dan and I won’t be going back to old school burpee any time soon! This challenge gave us an amazing appreciation for the new school burpee!

15 Day Burpee Challenge is intense but oh so worth it! Try it out and let us know once you’ve completely it.
