Since this isn’t my first pregnancy, I’m really focused on taking care of myself during this period. I know that the baby can truly come very soon. For me that means I’m trying to get as much sleep as I can. That definitely can be difficult pregnant and since I have an almost 3 year old.

If this is your first pregnancy then definitely now is the time to have a shower. I had two last time and one was in Boston and the other in Los Angeles. My LA one was only three weeks before I gave birth and even though it technically was a month that might be pushing it a little too close to the birth. If I was having one this time around I would have it right now, but I’m not going to have one.
The best thing I’m doing during this time is really taking stock of what I need for this baby. I’m also taking stock of what I don’t need. The first time around you can go a bit overboard and everyone you know gives you something. This time around I really just want to get him clothes and a few essentials birth cloths, new bottle stuff.
It’s easy to get stressed out during this time so definitely just relax and enjoy the ride. You’re definitely in the final countdown and for me I’m excited for this new baby to come and for this final pregnancy experience! Check out our full pregnancy update week 31!
