Fat Blaster HIIT Workout perfect at home circuit! It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness vlog.
This is another workout that you can do at home. This is perfect for those cold winter mornings when you don’t want to go outside and run and you don’t even want to go to the gym. You can get an amazing workout with this fat blaster HIIT workout.
There are seven exercises and the only piece of equipment you need is a jump rope. You do everything for 20 seconds and you rest for 10 seconds in between. Once you finish one round repeat 3 times!
The only modification I made is I did crunches instead of sit ups. I find that as long as you don’t rush through your crunches you can get the same benefits of sit ups. I know it can be hard on my tail bone as well as hard on my neck.
Remember to keep your intensity up through this workout. The best part of HIIT workouts is that they are high intensity but normally not super long! This one is a great introduction tot hat style workout. Fat blaster HIIT workout is GREAT to keep you on track this New Year.
