Early Morning Workout countdown! It’s our Buzzchomp fitness Vlog!
It’s no secret that we love home workouts. You truly can work out anywhere with minimal equipment. You don’t need a fancy gym membership.
I love doing this workout circuits. This early morning workout is a countdown workout. It starts out with 80 crunches and ends with 10 burpees! You repeat this workout twice but as you get more experienced you can totally repeat it 3 or 4 times.
The best part about this circuit is that you get great cardio benefits from it! You also get an awesome strength training workout it. It’s the best of both worlds!
There is no reason to not workout! Even if you’r not at home you can do this workout anywhere! It’s a great early morning workout but really an anytime workout!
