Dirty 30 Home Workout is perfect! Part of our BuzzChomp fitness vlog series!
These six exercises are all body weight exercises. You do 30 squats, push ups, lunges, sits ups (we did crunches), flutter kicks, and climbers. This is a darebee workout so you do either 3, 5, or 7 sets. I always say do a minimum of 3 sets but if you’ve been working out consistently go for 5 or 7!
I love the simplicity of this circuit. With the holidays coming up this home workout should definitely be apart of your arsenal. We are going to the east coast for the holidays and if it’s too cold to get out and run or the weather is not good this will be one of my go to circuits!
The simplicity of this dirty 30 home workout is what drew me to try it out. Often times we think we have to do complicated circuits to get a great workout in. You really don’t need anything except a matt or a carpet to do this bad boy.
A great benefit to this workout is that it’s strength training but also cardio. It’s another great example of how you don’t have to run to do cardio. You don’t need any equipment to get a great cardio workout in!
