Day 6: No Added Sugar 30 Day Challenge!
I ate out for the first time today! WOO! I definitely was nervous especially since I wan about two hours away from Los Angeles.
Be honest with yourself and what you can eat. I had to steer clear of the bread even when EVERYONE was eating it. I stayed true to the challenge!
