Day 19 No Added Sugar 30 Day Challenge!
I have definitely been a lot hungrier than I used to be. I’ve realized it’s super important to have a filling lunch. I’m guilty of grazing before for lunch then snacking on sugary foods.
I made a super filling lunch today, a corn tortilla Quesadilla salad. Super Easy and under 500 calories! Don’t let yourself get too hungry! You’ll end up snacking or making bad choices. Food for thought kids.
