This Core Killer workout is LEGIT! It’s ten exercises that are going to completely sculpt your midsection. It’s a great workout if you just want to do something in the morning to wake you up!
I love these circuits as adds on to my regular workouts because this one doesn’t take a long time but it’s definitely intense. It really works your core. If you don’t work your core that often definitely break the crunches into sets. Also if you can find someone to hold your feet while you do sit ups it will be easier to engage your core. Don’t be discourage if you have to break them up. The more you do this circuit the stronger your core will get.
If you work your core often definitely try doing this circuit multiple times. You’ll feel it working your core and be so sore the next day! Who doesn’t want that?
