Christmas Workout – 3 Fitness Exercises

A perfect at home Christmas workout. Three exercises named after your favorite personalities: Santa Claus, Frosty the Snowman, and the Silver Bells. Three sets each. Rock and Roll!

Start with sit ups, then half jacks and burpees.

Fifteen minutes for a great X-mas sweat. Make room for pie. Merry Christmas! Get at it.
