The Buns and Guns 30 Day Fitness Challenge review.

This was a great fitness challenge for those of all fitness levels. It’s four exercises. Push ups and squats are paired together and dips and lunges go together. You alternate days with rest days sprinkled in.

This is a great challenge to really work on your form. You only start out with 5 push ups and 10 squats and 10 dips and lunges. Even if you are very comfortable with these exercises it’s great to come back and work on your basics!

Mandi did this challenge and she was eight months pregnant. She dropped to her knees for the push ups. That made her really be able to focus on her muscles and not straining.

Don’t forget that you can always break up the exercises into sets. Don’t feel like you have to do it all at once!
