Barbarian Movie had me on the edge of my seat! I’ve heard the hype on this film and i do not like to hype up movies, but this is one of my favorite new horror movies! I so enjoyed it and was scared during many parts!

 

Barbarian movie had me on the edge of my seat! I’ve heard the hype on this film and it’s seriously one of my favorite new horror movies! It got me in all the right places! I had no clue what was actually going to happen when I turned this movie on and I loved that!

Writer/Director Zach Cregger nails this unusual horror film! The first act of the film I truly was not sure where this film would go. Would it turn into a “Creep” like movie, would it be a trap for these unexpected Airbnb guests Tess and Keith, or is it something else! It definitely turned into something else and I love that!

The acting in this film is so good! I love Bill Skarsgard as Keith. He is so good in this film! Georgina Campbell is fabulous as Tess. Of course Justin Long nails AJ. I always find Justin Long to be underrated as an actor.

The best movies are the ones that take you on a journey that you did not know you needed. This film did that! It nailed all those fun horror cliches like such as opening a hidden door in a basement. Why would Tess do this? I didn’t want her to do it, but of course this opens us up to more scariness as well as the amazing adventure.

Barbarian Movie had me on the edge of my seat. Sure there were some silly horror movie moments, but they made it work! Share with me your thoughts and make sure you watch our quick review.
