The best part about this abs attack core workout is that you are in the same position the whole time. It’s six exercises that will crush your core! You’re going to feel this even after doing the first set but isn’t that why you do these workouts. It’s why we do them.
The abs attack ultimate core workout introduced me to an ab exercise that I hadn’t done. It’s called crunch kicks. You lie on your back with your arms underneath your bum support with your legs bent parallel to the ground then kick your legs out to straight. Now do 20 of those. It is such a simple exercise but it is tough! It’s the perfect way to start the abs attack core workout!
Do not rest longer than 60 seconds between rounds. Trust me that the longer you rest the less likely you’ll want to do more sets and you don’t want to skip any rounds. Four rounds of the abs attack workout sounds like a lot but it’s great! You will feel it tomorrow though so prepare yourself for some sore abs!
