90 Push-Ups workout video and review. It’s part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series. Follow along with this amazing strength building workout.
This workout is not for beginners. I repeat it is not for beginner. You will do four cycles of this workout. It’s six variations of push-ups. While you can do regular push-ups on your knees. None of these advanced push-ups can be done on your knees.
If you are skilled at push-ups this 90 push-ups workout is great to bring variety to your push-ups. I love straight push-ups and these other five variations are just as good! If you haven’t done the other styles before definitely do them slow and your form will be top notch!
Your arms will get a great workout after this. My arms were sore for two days after this workout. Don’t skimp on the rounds either. Four rounds are tough but definitely worth it. Try not to wait too long between rounds. Rest no more than 90 seconds.
I love body weight exercises and this is another circuit workout that you can do anywhere. All you need is a carpet or a mat! Once you try this workout it will definitely be apart of your arsenal.
This 90 push-ups workout introduces some really great push up variations. The best part is your full body gets worked. Pike push-ups are tough and a variation that I normally don’t do but I’d loved doing them in this circuit.
Do not try this workout if you’re new to push-ups! It’s definitely for those who are experienced with push-ups! Try it out and let me know how you like it.
