8 Minute Vacation Workout aka Barefoot Circuit revs you up for your vacation. Its part of our BuzzChomp fitness video series.
I do just about all my at home workouts barefoot, but this one truly embodies the name. It’s an 8 minute perfect vacation workout that is super straight forward. There are 10 exercises in this circuit and you do 6 for a minute while the other 4 you do for 30 seconds. That’s right it’s that simple!
You need a mat and a chair otherwise there is no equipment needed. I recommended putting the chair right next to your mat because your last-minute is chair dips. You definitely want to maximize your chair dips because at the end of this circuit you’ll be dragging.
This 8 minute vacation workout targets your full body. If you haven’t noticed I love circuits that target your full body. I definitely get the most out of them and always get a great workout.
All the exercises in this circuit are approachable. You’ve seen me do them in a myriad of other circuits which is great. It makes this circuit one that you truly can do anywhere without any explanation. When you’re on vacation you definitely don’t want a complex workout to hinder you from getting your workout in.
No matter what is going on your vacation you have 8 minutes to do this circuit. I felt so strong after I did and it is great that it’s 8 minutes and that’s it. If you’re more experienced and want to do this circuit twice more power to you, but once you will be feeling it.
