The 300 workout challenge! Get movie ripped with our fitness vlog.
This workout is no joke! It is bookended by 25 pull ups! 25 pull ups are intense. Beginning and ending with pull ups sets the tone for this workout challenge. You can definitely break up the pull ups. Start out by doing 10 then finish off with 15.
The other exercises are just as intense: push ups, v-ups, deadlifts, press ups, and body weight jump squat. You are mixing your own body weight as well as using dumbbells! The mixture of both is intense!
Prepare yourself for this workout challenge. There is no shame in breaking these exercises up and working your way up to being able to do 50 straight.
Just completing this workout will leave you so sore! Give yourself 15- 20 minutes to complete this especially when you’re first starting out with it. It will give easier the more you do it!
