This 30 Day Fitness Challenge for Runners will stretch and strengthen your body.
It’s our BuzzChomp fitness vlog.


Mandi and I were drawn to this challenge because it is a mixture of stretching but also flexibility. There are four exercises in this challenge: cat cow, roll ups, locust, and wall sits. Neither Mandi or I were familiar with locust. It’s a bit like superman but you raise each leg for 5 seconds and then you raise them together. Easy enough right?

That’s the secret to this 30 day fitness challenge for runners that all the exercises feel easy enough in the beginning but like so many challenges it gets intense and amazing! What’s great is that you always start out with Cat Cow so even when you’re doing 20 of them you’re stretching your body but also strengthening it!

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

The challenge starts out very easy but all great challenges do! If you’re a runner like Mandi and me you’ll love this one because it makes your body feel good while working it. Hello 30 roll ups by the end of this challenge. Roll ups are intense but this 30 day challenge truly worked you to get there. While I felt those 30 roll ups I also felt invigorated accomplishing them.

The 30 day challenge for runners will test you with its wall sits! Prior to every rest day you do at least one wall sit for as long as you can hold it! This tested my physical and mental state. I know I can do a five minute wall sit because we did the wall sit challenge but wall sits get intense. Make sure you truly hold it for as long as you can! Set a stopwatch to test feel yourself out on the first day and then by the end set a timer of your goal!

I loved this 30 day challenge for runners! It tested me and strengthened my body. It’s perfect for experience 30 day challengers and inexperience ones! There are no excuses to not participate in the 30 day challenge for runners!
