Our 30 Day Cardio Challenge Fitness Challenge Review! It’s our BuzzChomp fitness series.


This 30 Day cardio challenge is legit! I always look at a full challenge before I embark on those 30 days, but challenges like this I’m always like only 60 seconds on the last day no big deal at all. I forget though that these type of challenges get hard because of the multiple exercises and the four days straight of three exercises.

Don’t worry every 5 days you rest and you will definitely need that rest. It is well placed because you’re doing 12 different exercises over the previous four days. Even though you start by only doing 35 seconds I welcomed the rest on the 5th day.

The pairing of these exercises is great because they go so well together. Jumping jack, mountain climbers, and skaters are paired. Lunge front jumps, and bench kicks are day two. Plank twists, squat side touches, and burpees are paired. Finally day four is push ups, high knees, and plank jacks. None of these exercises are hard to do, but they will get intense.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

The last five days get intense! You’ve worked up to 60 seconds and on the last day all it says is “test your endurance” so Mandi and I decided that meant we would do all the exercises for a minute. We did 12 minutes, while that’s not a long amount of time, it really worked up a good sweat!

I give this challenge a 9/10 because even at day 1 with 35 seconds it challenged me. It created a great base and I always felt like I got a good quick cardio workout.
