The 15 min arms workout is super approachable and that’s really what drew me to it. It’s only 5 exercises and 10 reps each which makes it really easy to remember. This is one of those workouts that is great to do when you’re on vacation especially if you go on beach vacations like I do. You don’t need a lot of space and it’s a really fun workout.

I love the different exercises in this 15 min arms workout too. The only one that I consistently do are the push-ups and I’ve done a version of these exercises, but not frequently. Since you only do each exercises for 10 reps I recommend really doing them slow because that is how you’ll work your arms to the fullest.

We Love This Treadmill! Go For It

The best part about this workout is that besides every exercises working your arms they also work your core. That’s really the sign of a great workout because even though it targets the arms you still get a really good full body workout.

The 15 min arms workout gets an 8.5 from me because it’s extremely approachable for all fitness levels. Bodyweight exercises always remind me that you don’t need weights to get toned arms! It’s all just another no excuse workout which if you haven’t caught on we are big fans of!
