1 Week Ab Roller Challenge Review | BuzzChomp Fit Mom

1 Week Ab Roller Challenge Review. It’s part of our BuzzChomp Fit Mom video series. What happens when you do 30 reps of the ab roller a day? Find out in our review.

For some reason I thought the Ab roller was one of those infomercial gimmick fitness tools kind of like the thigh master (which I called thunder thighs in the video). My husband always raved about the ab roller since his father always had one and even though I’d frequently tried it out when I was at his parents house. Only recently received one as a gift.

I committed to do 30 reps a day because I wasn’t sure of the intensity of the ab roller. The first few days I did i, it was definitely intense. I did them slow and precise which really helped me build up my core. After the first few days, I started a 30 day ab challenge too.

The ab roller got easier the longer I did it and the final day I did 50 reps. Upping to 50 made my abs burn and I decided that 30 reps was a good base, but once I’m finished with my ab challenge I’m going to do another week challenge of this with 100 reps!

I wanted that burning, abs on fire, hurts when I laugh feeling from this challenge. I do a lot of abs and have a strong core. Doing 30 a day is definitely a great way to build up your core if you’re not already experienced, but if you are you might want to try more!
