Game of Thrones Dragon Slayer workout will get you ripped! I love workouts like these because they test your physical strength. You don’t need any equipment which is always a bonus!

It’s 8 exercises, but you do one armed climbers twice since you need to do both sides. I’d never done one armed mountain climbers before and they are intense. I’m really glad that I came across this circuit and it introduced me to them.

This Game of Thrones inspired Dragon Slayer workout adds in different style squats. For me, squats are extremely challenging because I always need to be careful of my knees. No matter how I am feeling I always make sure I protect my knees. I loved these style squats too. I hadn’t done pistol or shrimp squats before and I really felt the benefits of them.

This is a Darabee workout which means you repeat this either 3, 5, or 7 times. I highly recommend repeating it 5 times and pushing yourself. This workout is really great and works your whole body. This is why I give it a 9/10.

The Dragon Slayer workout is definitely a must. It’s another no excuse workout and we love workouts like this because it makes it easy to always get a workout in. Try this workout out and let us know what you think!
