It’s a bad ass workout. It’s 6 exercises, 10 reps each, and a minimum of 3 sets. Don’t rest for longer than two minutes in between sets.
This bad boy is perfect for a great at home workout but it can be done at the gym too. I also love doing this bad boy on vacation.
