Weight Lifting: Biceps and Triceps Curls – Fitness Friday

 

Feel the burn. Biceps curls and Triceps push downs are great for working your entire arm and upper body. Weight Lifting is simple, just stagger your feet and never use your back.

Lifting is excellent for all ages of men and women, but knowing what to do and how can be tricky. These two Biceps & Triceps exercises are perfect.

Follow my lead, do both arms to stay balanced, and watch how strong you get.
