I love workouts like this because they test my endurance. This is a 4 round workout with a bonus round. You do each exercise for 15 seconds and between each exercise you recoup with a 30 second job. Yes this circuit will get intense, but remind yourself that this is the time of workout that you dig deep and you see amazing results.
The challenge of this circuit is amazing and I give this an 8/10. This Grinder HIIT workout is not for a beginner because it’s intense and hard. I really like that it’s hard, but I know that you have to dig deep for it. This is a workout that I do when I want a long intense workout.
None of the exercises are super challenging, but they build upon one another. Know that even though the 30 second job is to recoup yourself it definitely works your body. You will get a great fully body workout with this ultimate interval circuit.
For this workout, I highly recommend using an interval timer. For the first round you can do 15 seconds and 30 seconds 8 times. The second round goes up to 20 seconds and 30 seconds then 25 then 30. There is also a bonus round of 15 seconds. Shoot for doing the 4 rounds then if you’re feeling strong do the fifth round.
