The Mandalorian Season 1 Finale Reaction | New Beginning

The Mandalorian wrapped up it’s first season with a bang! It’s all about a new beginning, because Mando and baby Yoda will be on a new quest in season 2! We got new insight and tons of action. This is my reaction to the finale!

Season one of The Mandalorian wrapped up wonderfully! The final episode titled “Redemption” totally delivered and gave us new knowledge about Mando and baby Yoda. It is all about new beginnings, since Mando and baby Yoda believe they escaped all real threats. This is my reaction to the season finale of The Mandalorian. Check out our full reaction video, then comment below with your theories for season two.

It finally happened in the final episode of season one! Mando took off his helmet, but he legit only did so because he would have died if he didn’t. Mando almost didn’t take it off because no “living thing” can see his face, but the IG-11 droid reminded him that he’s not a living thing. Thank goodness, but of course Mando wasn’t going to die!

The season finale really allowed the show to open itself up and expand into season two. It was also action packed! Mando and baby Yoda, along with Karga and Cara, think they’ve defeated Moss Gideon. But of course he is not dead. Every one knows if you don’t see the ship blow up, then no one died in that crash. They all think they are safe and they might be for a moment, but we know that these new beginnings will just open up the show for much more drama and action.

I love how we finally learned more about Mando’s origins. The Mandalorians saved him as a child and it was Moss Gideon behind the death of his parents. Moss knew everything about Mando, Cara, and Karga! He definitely is a bad enemy to have, but I’m sure we’ll learn more about him in season two!

The Mandalorian season finale also had some great cameos. The two storm troopers who tried to capture baby Yoda were played by Jason Sudeikis and Adam Polly. They added some great comedy relief before they were gunned down by IG-11.

Season two of The Mandalorian comes out in the fall of 2020, which means they’re already working on it! I can’t wait to see where they take this show! Make sure you watch our full video of our The Mandalorian episode 8 season finale reaction! Then share with me your thoughts on this episode.
