I love to make easy food that not only tastes fabulous, but looks like a superstar. My Shrimp Cream Cheese appetizer is exactly that, finished off with a Saffron Aioli and served in phyllo cups.
This recipe is a superstar, but so easy to make and so good. My shrimp cream cheese mixture is wonderful in phyllo cups, but needs the fancy Saffron Aioli to make it truly memorable. The result is a dazzling, show stopping, appetizer that will thrill your guests!
I’ve included links to my favorite ingredients when possible, but feel free to use any brand you love. I also recommend this KitchenAid Professional Stand Mixer for a great cooking experience.
