Power Crawl Workout is another great workout at home! It’s our BuzzChomp fitness vlog.
This workout at home is only six exercises! The main exercise being bear crawl, then shoulder taps, push ups, ape hops, plank, and up/down planks! This circuit introduced me to bear crawls. I had never done this exercise before and I will definitely add this bad boy into my workout rotation.
This is another Darebee workout. We love these workouts here at BuzzChomp. It’s three, five, or seven reps. Definitely do three times, but push yourself to do five or seven. Try to push yourself to do it more times than you think!
The power crawl workout works your shoulders and arms without any weights. You also get a secret full body workout in there. That is always a bonus. This workout at home is truly great and like all the workouts we promote, you can do it anywhere.
No matter how busy you are, you have time to do this power crawl workout at home!
