Power Punch Arms Workout is amazing. Get ripped at home with this boxing style workout. It’s your Buzzchomp fitness vlog for Fitness Friday.
This Arms Workout is only five exercises, but you do 9 sets per round! It’s another Darebee workout that totally kicks butt. You repeat this workout 3, 5, or 7 times! It includes push ups, shoulder taps, triceps extensions, push up plank, and punches. You do the push ups three times and punches three times. Its power punch!
This workout is another one that you can do anywhere! This makes it so great, especially when you want to do an arms workout on the go. So many people get caught with the mindset that you need to go to the gym to work your arms, but you don’t. Push ups and punches are great!
Definitely push yourself to do more rounds than you think you can. Work your way up to doing seven rounds, because that will definitely work your arms well. Remember, if you’re new to push ups then you can totally go down to your knees.
The secret to this arms workout is to do all of the exercises slow! That will really work your muscles. You’re going to be sore tomorrow after you do this, so be prepared! Take it slow, enjoy the results, and work your way up to seven rounds!
