It happened much sooner than anticipated, but Perry Mason is officially a lawyer. His transformation is complete and if this remains a mini-series, then it makes sense. My episode 5 reaction.
Perry Mason’s transformation is complete. If this remains a standalone mini series, then of course he had to transform from gritty private detective into first time lawyer. Of course his mentor EB was going to die so that Perry Mason could rise up and assume his place in the courtroom. I’m still hopeful they go for a season two, but either way Perry is now a lawyer. It took lies and cheating, but he’s officially a lawyer. Watch our full video for all of the dirt on Perry Mason episode 5.
It all went down in episode five, as the actual mystery surrounding the murder of Emily’s baby was all but ignored. Fear not, because newly appointed lawyer Perry Mason is going to defend her. He will clear her name and find her baby’s killer once and for all. Thank goodness, because everyone else in Los Angeles is more corrupt than the mob. Is the mob involved? Who said that?
