I love working out but I find a lot of people telling me they don’t have time. Well I’m calling bullshit on this kids! An hour workout is just 4% of your day. That’s it! You spend more time driving, eating, sleeping, and watching television. There are no excuses not to set aside an hour for yourself.

That’s really what working out is all about. It’s setting aside the time for you. Don’t we all deserve an hour for ourselves? We all do! Get motivated kids! Take some you time.

Because that’s what Motivational Monday is all about starting your week off strong!
