This lower abs attack workout is definitely an attack on your abs! There are 13 exercises all together. 11 you only do once and lying leg raises are repeated twice as well as jumping jacks. For the video we only held plank for 30 seconds but really push yourself to hold it for at least a minute!
I love the variety in the lower abs attack workout. Trust me when I tell you that you will definitely feel this workout the next day. That is perfect especially because this bad boy takes under 10 minutes. That means there is no excuse to not get up and do this workout!
The lower abs attack workout is one round so follow along with me and do this workout! The reps are not super high so definitely accent all of these exercises. That’s really how you’re going to get the most out of this workout.
If you’re feeling amazing and want to repeat this workout then do it! Like I said above though you will feel this the next day so be prepared that your second round will definitely make your core so sore!
I love this lower abs attack workout. Try adding it in once a week. I know I will be adding it in to my weekly workouts! I’m always looking for ways to work my lower abs and this one is clutch!
