Lara Croft Workout Video (follow along)! It’s our Fitness vlog!
The Lara Croft workout is BAD ASS! It’s nine exercises that completely compliment one another. It’s great! I highly recommend doing a minimum of three sets but you can totally work up to five or seven. The more the better.
This bad boy is great because you can do this anywhere. I truly believe that you don’t need anything except comfy clothes to workout. This workout is a mixture of cardio and strength training which I love.
