One of my favorite things to do is just get lost at the beach and spend all day there. What’s even better is being prepared to have an amazing beach adventure! Bring a cooler and a portable grill and you’ll definitely never want to leave the beach! You’ll get sun, exercise, and have a lot of fun.
Since summer can’t just be all sun and fun, make sure you’re keeping up with your fitness! Try out a new pair of running shoes like I did and add an ab ball into your exercise routine! It’ll keep you fit to shine on the beach!

Some of the best times of my life are just hanging down by the beach! It’s one of my favorite places. I just recently got this beach tote for my birthday and I LOVE it! It’s got a lot of room and it’s great to carry a lot of stuff. It comes in a variety of colors too.
This exercise ball isn’t just for abs. You can do a variety of strength training workouts with it. It’s also obviously awesome for abs. Sometimes we can let our fitness go when we’re having fun. Make sure you get on this ball daily and keep yourself fit for the beach!
