How to pick a 30 day fitness challenge is much easier than you think. I’ll be honest when I first started doing them I was definitely a bit nervous about doing one. I had all these negative thoughts in my head. I needed to let those go and embrace my first fitness challenge.
After I did the first one I was hooked! I kept finding new 30 day fitness challenges. For me its all about listening to my body that is how to pick a 30 day fitness challenge. I also go with my instinct. I’ve talked a lot about the abs and squats challenge I did last month and how intense it was. I knew it’d be intense and I embraced that.
Half of the time I use my 30 day fitness challenge as a way to truly push my body. I find challenges that are additional workouts as oppose to just supplements. Challenges like that always push me to the next level. I crave those challenge.
It’s also important when learning how to pick a 30 day fitness challenge that you find balance. When I do an intense challenge I know that the following month I’ll pick a less intense challenge. I have to find that balance and I always find it’s the best way for me to continue doing 30 day fitness challenges!
Currently I’m doing a 31 one day full body challenge and I’m loving it. Stay tuned for my review!
