How to be Zen in 9 steps! Mind cleanse is step 2 and it takes some work being honest with yourself, but it is so worth it! Part of our BuzzChomp health video series.

 

You all mastered step 1 of How to be zen in 9 step. You’re simplifying your life so now it’s time for a mind cleanse. This is step 2 and this is one step that you will consistently come back to, but it’s worth it.

Sometimes I know that I don’t mean to have negative thoughts, but they creep in to my mind. I’ve truly worked on recognizing those thoughts and pushing them out of my mind. Once you embrace one negative thought more will just come flooding it.

Negativity begets negativity and the same goes for positivity. So whenever I feel as though I need a mind cleanse I let go of any negative thoughts and just embrace all the positive thoughts. The more I think about positive things the more positive thoughts come to me.

Embracing step 2 is a great way to center yourself and take control of your life. It allows you to be present with your life. Being present is essential to becoming Zen!
