Great hip openers guide to bring you in to the new year! These are five poses that are perfect to open you up! It’s our BuzzChomp fitness workouts series.
I have super tight hips. I always have and once I started doing yoga I truly started to open up. Since having our baby though it’s been much harder to get to a yoga class and I’m always in search for at home yoga classes and circuits.
This hip openers guide is perfect because you can do it anywhere and it’s for any level. If you’re a beginner go slow into these poses. Even though you’re not getting a “workout” in you will feel this tomorrow especially if you work yourself in to it.
If you’re tight like me this is great to do frequently. I run a lot so even with regular yoga classes I’m still always tight. Having a hip openers guide makes it much easier for me to keep myself stretched out.
I hold a lot of tension in my hips and releasing it makes me feel so much better. Often times I let it build up too much and having this hip openers guide gives me no excuse to not keep my hips lose and free!
Make sure you take care of your body. Break out this hip openers guide whenever you can!
