Today is all about our Gluten Free Banana Brownies Recipe!
This recipe is super easy! It’s three ripened bananas puree’d in a food processor or blender. You then add in a 1/2 cup of Cocoa (or CaCao) powder. Blend that together and add a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder for fluffiness. Blend together and then pour it into a glass brownie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
That’s it kids! It’s three ingredients. Next time I’d add nuts to mine to balance out the texture, but otherwise the sweetness is perfect! I love making these because they’re easy and fun. They’re also grain, gluten, and guilt free brownies! Who doesn’t love that?
