Full Body Fitness Challenge for All Levels is a great fitness challenge especially for a beginner. Mandi and I have done a myriad of different fitness challenges and when we started this full body fitness challenge we were not looking for an intense challenge. This one definitely satisfied what we were looking for.

The above being said most of the month I didn’t really feel challenged by this challenge. It’s funny because I previously did another challenge by He and She eat clean and it was super intense. It was the 31 day HIIT challenge and I really loved the balance of it. This full body challenge is definitely balanced properly it just didn’t ever really ramp up.
That is why I’m rating it a 7/10, but honestly if you’re new to 30 day challenges and or fitness then this is a great beginner challenge. It reminds me though that some months it’s okay to scale back. We’ve been picking intense challenges and they’ve been great, but going into this month Mandi and I both said we wanted to do a less intense challenge. This one fit the bill.

The one portion of it that I’d say was a bit “intense” was the mountain climber section. It would have been a bit nicer to have something else like that that brought a cardio aspect as well as that HIIT aspect to the challenge. That would have ramped up the full body aspect.
All and All this is a challenge for those looking for a less intense challenge. Whatever your reason is for the month that is perfectly fine and completing this challenge made me want to do an intense challenge for this coming month! Be prepared for what’s in store.
