Burn your excuses. Light them on fire and watch them burn away! There is no better fitness tip, especially this time of year. Our schedules are now jam packed and the excuses just pile up for why we “can’t” workout. Burn them all!

Exercise is a choice and its one that we deserve on a daily basis. Taking time for you and releasing all of the tension and stresses of our body is super important. It will make you happier and healthier! But first you must burn your excuses. Workout five minutes or an hour. Both are great. Don’t let an excuse keep you from feeling amazing!

If you’re having difficulty admitting or identifying excuses, then ask yourself a simple question. Are you going to exercise today? If the answer is no, then write down five reasons why not. Those are all excuses. Burn them up one at a time. Literally light your list on fire if necessary.

Don’t let life’s challenges prevent you from feeling great and achieving your goals. Fitness requires extra effort at time, starting with burning all excuses. Do it. Make it a game. Go for broke.
