All about the Fitness Motivation! Your legs don’t give out, your head does!
Fitness is truly at times a battle between your body and mind. I’ve had those days when my legs will go on forever but then my mind just doesn’t want to do it! The funny part is you have to ignore all that! It takes some time but you totally can.
Ignoring your mind telling you to stop is definitely not easy but the secret is to learn that your head is just playing tricks on you. When you stop because your head wants you to what is going to happen? Are you going to feel better? No you’re not going to feel better. If anything you’re going to feel guilty and defeated. That’s not fun!
If you just learn to ignore your mind telling you to stop you’re going to feel amazing when you’re finished with your workout. If you set out on a long run and you get out there and kick that runs bum pushing through those tough moments after you’re going to feel AMAZING! Next time you go to workout it’ll be so much easier to push through those difficult moments.
The best part is soon when your head wants to give out you’ll just push past it because you know how great you’ll feel afterwards!
