Once you accept that your fitness is in your own hands you’ll truly see results. You have to want to put in that effort. You have to want to make this a priority. That’s one of the secrets to sticking to your fitness that you have to want it!

A great way to make sure you always want it is to push yourself to be sore. Whenever I workout hard and am sore the next day I love it! I feel so great and I know that I’m going to see results. When I choose to sleep in or not push myself to go workout I always feel sorry! I always feel guilty and wish th do and at I had workout

It’s your choice and I know that I always want to feel sore! I make that a priority no matter. You have to hold yourself accountable and gaging it on your soreness if a great way to do that! If you can feel accomplished and know that you got a great workout in you’re going to see amazing results!
