Excuses don’t get results that’s a major Fitness Motivation right there. It should definitely be one of your mantra’s: excuses don’t get results.

I always remind myself of that. I can always give myself so many excuses now adays. My baby kept me up. I’m sore. I’m tired or something I’d truly just like to not get out of bed but excuses don’t get results kids! They’re not going to help you at all.

Keep saying it over and over to yourself that excuses don’t get results. I’m serious when I say to use it at your fitness mantra. It will truly give you great fitness motivation every time you think about not working out.

Excuses don’t get results. Say it at least two times a day. Say it when you wake up and decide whether you want to get your fitness on and say it right before you go to bed! It will keep your fitness motivation up for the next day.

No matter what is going in your life don’t let a day go by without reminding yourself that excuses don’t get results! Keep your fitness motivation on point!
