You earn your body. There is no secret to it and no way around it. It’s a great Fitness motivation to have to do. If you embrace knowing that it’s you who earns your body.
Most people have to work to get to the level of fitness that allows them to be satisfied with their body. They have definitely earned their body. I know for me I have different bodies that I’m satisfied with. I guess you’d say I have different levels of where I earn my body. That is definitely a great way to be.
If you can remind yourself that you earn your body. It’s the energy you put in at the gym, workout class, or running. This can be a really good fitness motivation for a lot of people. I love knowing that I have control of myself. I embraced that you earn your body.
It’s a no brainer then that I have to be honest with myself about when I workout. I can remind myself of this and keep myself focused! This is great for winter fitness motivation. I remind myself daily that I earn my body. It is definitely something I need to be reminded of.
Repeat it to yourself daily. You earn your body. It’s all the fitness motivation that is ever needed!
