Day 17: No Added Sugar 30 Day Challenge.
It’s time to for a weight check-in! I’ll preface by saying that I did not do this challenge to lose weight. I did it as a lifestyle experiment!
I have lost 4 pounds so far! It’s definitely been an interesting experience. I weighed myself on the first day and the first week I gained a few pounds and then the next week I lost that weight and am down four pounds from where I weighed originally! Definitely a nice side effect. I’m really enjoying the challenge.
